PARTY TIMES
Parties at PlayLoola are available exclusively on weekends to ensure the best experience for you and your guests. All events are hosted between Saturday and Sunday, offering a fun-filled atmosphere perfect for celebrating your special day.
Inclusions & Requirements
- 2 hours in a private party space
- Kid-friendly sandwiches, juice pouches, infused water & lemonade
- Colorful tableware for kids and adults
- Party host for setup, support & cleanup
- Personalize your party – bring your own cake, treats, balloons, and goodie bags (no outside catering)
- A $120 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
- Guest count and food selections due by the Monday before your event
- Playground access is for kids up to 12 years or 60" tall
- For safety, no piñatas, balloon arches, or wall decorations allowed
- Extra party time may be added with advance notice & availability
- A 12% gratuity is added to all party bills; 18% for groups over 25 guests
- Remaining balance is due on the day of your event
- Your party host will reach out during the week of your event to confirm all final details
- Outside entertainment (e.g., magicians, characters) must be approved in advance
- Food and drinks must be consumed in the party area only
